Free Discovery Call

Everything starts with a free 30-minute conversation, an honest, two-way exploration. We’ll talk about where you are right now, what you’re trying to achieve, and what’s getting in the way. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear sense of whether coaching is the right move and whether I’m the right coach for you.

What we'll cover:

Your current situation and challenges, what you'd like coaching to help with, how coaching works and what to expect, whether we're a good fit for each other, any questions you have about the process.

Assessment & Goal Setting

If we decide to work together, the first proper session goes deeper. Using a combination of structured conversation and, where appropriate, assessment tools (such as personality profiling), we map out your current landscape and define clear, measurable coaching objectives. This will inform my understanding of what success looks like for you, so every session has direction and purpose.

Your Personalised Coaching Plan

Based on your goals and situation, I design a bespoke coaching programme tailored specifically to you. This includes the right programme length, session frequency, and focus areas. No two plans are alike because no two people are alike.

Programme options:

Focused: 2 months — a deep dive into a specific challenge

Leadership: 6 months — for lasting leadership growth

Ongoing: Regular monthly sessions – for continuous support

Regular 1:1 Coaching Sessions

This is where the real work happens. Sessions run for 90 minutes via video call (Teams, Zoom or your preferred platform) every 2–3 weeks. Each session follows a clear structure:

Check-in: Review progress on actions from the previous session
Focus: Dive into your most pressing challenge, opportunity or development area
Exploration: Through powerful questions, reflection and practical tools, we work through the issue together
Insight: Capture the key realisations, shifts and breakthroughs from the session
Action: Define clear, specific commitments for you to action before the next session

Between-Session Support

Coaching doesn't stop when the video call ends. Between sessions, you'll receive:

  • Session summaries — key insights and themes captured for your reference
  • Action commitments — clear, specific next steps you've committed to
  • Resources & exercises — tailored tools, frameworks, or reading relevant to your goals
  • Additional support — reach out between sessions if you need a sounding board on a time-sensitive issue

This between-session support is what transforms coaching from a series of conversations into a continuous development journey.

Review, Measure & Evolve

At regular intervals (typically the mid-point and end of your programme), we step back and review your progress against the objectives we set at the start. We'll celebrate your wins, identify what's shifted, and decide what comes next.

Coaching programmes can be extended, adjusted, or evolved into an ongoing retainer. Many clients who start with a focused programme continue working with me long-term because the value compounds over time.

Where do sessions happen?

Online sessions via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, or your preferred video platform. You choose.

In person sessions can be arranged on request. Additional charges apply.

How long is each session?

60–90 minutes, depending on the programme and your preferences.

How often do we meet?

Typically every 2–3 weeks. This gives you enough time to implement actions between sessions while maintaining momentum.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no charge.

Is it confidential?

Completely. Everything discussed stays between us. Even if your organisation sponsors the coaching, session content remains private.

What does it cost?

Can my employer pay?

Absolutely. Many clients have their coaching funded by their organisation. I can provide invoicing and any documentation needed.

What if coaching isn't the right fit?

Which programme is right for you?

Every coaching engagement is different. I offer structured coaching programmes that range from focused 2-months engagements to comprehensive 6-months programmes. For leaders who need ongoing support, I also offer a monthly retainer model.
