Executive coaching in the UK typically ranges from £150 to £500 per session for standard leadership coaching, and from £500 to £2,000 per session for C-suite coaching. My rates are reflective of my qualifications, experience and 20 years of personal and professional development.
My rates incorporate the results, depth and the honest, direct approach my clients value. If you are looking for the cheapest option, I am not it. If you are looking for the best return on your investment, let’s talk.
Many organisations fund executive coaching as part of leadership development budgets. If your company is open to it, I can provide:

Generally: choose the Focused Programme if you have a specific challenge (a new role, a difficult stakeholder, a career decision). Choose the Leadership Programme if you want broader leadership development or are navigating a significant transition. The Executive Programme is for the most senior leaders dealing with the unique complexity of leading at the top.
Yes. All programmes can be paid in monthly instalments spread across the programme duration. For example, the Leadership Programme can be paid in six monthly instalments of £665. There is no interest or additional charge for paying monthly. However, you will need to make the payments in advance of each session.
Programmes are flexible. If you start with the Focused Programme and want to continue, you can seamlessly transition to the Leadership Programme or move to a monthly retainer. The difference in programme cost will be applied as credit.
I don’t offer money-back guarantees because coaching requires you to take action and implement what we discuss, and that is beyond my control. What I do offer is a free discovery call before you commit, complete transparency about my approach, and the flexibility to adjust the programme as we go. If after our first paid session you feel it’s not the right fit, I’ll refund the remaining sessions in full.
Sessions should ideally be used within the programme timeframe (2 months for Focused, 6 months for Leadership and Executive). However, life happens. If you need to pause or extend, we’ll work something out — I’m flexible and reasonable about this.
I am not registered for VAT at the moment and therefore the prices shown are exclusive of VAT. This will be confirmed on your invoice.
