These terms govern your use of theone.coach and any coaching services provided by The One Coach, operated by Codruta Harsan.
The One Coach provides executive coaching, leadership coaching, career coaching, and related professional development services. All coaching is delivered online via video call unless otherwise agreed.
Coaching programmes are booked following a free discovery call. Payment is required before the first coaching session begins. We accept bank transfer and other methods as agreed. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We understand that schedules change. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. You may cancel your coaching programme and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions.
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information shared in coaching to third parties, including employers who may be sponsoring the coaching, without your explicit written consent. The only exception is where we are required by law to disclose information, such as where there is a risk of serious harm.
Coaching is a professional development service, not therapy or counselling. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. While we are committed to providing the highest quality coaching, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the coaching programme in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
